Zero the Hero visits Cedar Ridge
Look! Up in the air! It’s a plane! It’s a bird! No! It’s Zero the Hero! Donned in his black tights and red cape with a "0" emblazoned on the back, Zero the Hero made an appearance at Cedar Ridge Elementary on Wednesday to help kindergarten students celebrate the 100th day of school. Chalk it up to the kindergarten teachers at Cedar Ridge for coming up with yet another creative way to mix learning with fun. With 100 balloons floating around the cafeteria floor and 100 cookies in the waiting, the children were eager to show off their knowledge of beginning mathematics.  read more
