The UHS AJMoore Engineering Academy has worked on the G-Defiance rocket for about 2 years. Many students that spent time on it are now graduated and gone; however, one student rode out the entire build and showed up to launch at Asa,Texas on Saturday, October 10th. The rocket utilized an M3100 motor which took it to 8444' in altitude. The two altimeters provided a dual parachute recovery and the rocket landed 300 yards down range.
A beautifully perfect flight on a beautifully perfect launch day. The students did their homework well and the results are "proof in the pudding."
