Stop Bullying

October is National Bullying Prevention Month. In observance of that, Waco ISD wants to help encourage communities to work together to stop bullying and cyberbullying by increasing awareness of the problem that affects children of all ages.

Monday, October 3, the District is encouraging all employees to wear a blue shirt to work to participate in Blue Shirt Day, a nationwide campaign to stop bullying. On that day, encourage kids to make a new friend with someone they don't know at school.

Stand up to someone you see being a bully and be a part of the solution! Random acts of kindness can be contagious and help stamp out this problem, and challenge others to do the same!
