The Waco Independent School District encourages a philanthropic spirit among its employees. Waco ISD Cares is the mechanism through which Waco ISD employees can give back to their community with one-time contributions or ongoing payroll deductions to local organizations.

Waco ISD is pleased to announce the 10 nonprofit organizations selected for 2016-2017 giving drive! The drive will run from November 14 - December 7.

Waco ISD Cares Drive Information for Employees:

A brief overview of each participating organization can be found HERE, along with links to their websites.

Employees have the option of contributing to participating organizations via a one-time payroll deduction, ongoing payroll deductions, or a one-time cash or check contribution.

Payroll Deduction: All payroll deduction requests must be done via the online form found HERE. You'll have the option of selecting a one-time contribution on January 15, 2017 or 15 ongoing deductions from January 15, 2017 - August 15, 2017. You may contribute to up to 3 organizations, but please note that each deduction must be in whole dollars.

Cash/Check Contribution: Please download this WISD Cares Form, fill it out digitally, save, and print it. Turn your completed form in to your campus coordinator, along with your cash or check.
